Even though some of our footage may or may not have been taken for government research, that didn’t stop anyone from making three cool-ass songs: a peaceful indie track, a chill drum-and-bass-y moment, and a groovy disco vibe. Jackson Perry is a producer, singer-songwriter, and mixing engineer from southern New Jersey. When producing for artists, he works with folk and alternative songwriters, helping them build out their songs in his home studio in Boston. For his own music, he creates a mix of electronic and folk music that is sometimes soft, and sometimes makes you want to move, inspired by artists like Adrianne Lenker, Bon Iver, and The Japanese House. In either case, he thinks of songs as emotional windows into places and times, and seeks to capture those places vividly in his music.

Anna Vtipil is an indie folk singer-songwriter, composer, and producer from Raleigh, North Carolina now based in Boston, MA. Her singer-songwriter & folk influences, as well as her vocal arranging & compositional experience help bring her a unique and expressive sound. Focusing on an acoustic and intimate sound featuring acoustic guitar, piano, violin, cello, and vocals, she draws inspiration from artists like Fiona Apple, Slow Pulp, and Madison Cunningham.
